Season Agriculture Worker Program (SAWP)

We have used the SAWP program to bring men in from Jamacia since 1972. These valued team members come back year after year if they choose to. Some have been working with us for as long as 30 years, then asking for their kids, brothers, or cousins to be called to work on the farm too. These employees live in annually-inspected accommodations on our farm. These men work together with our local seasonal workers, who prune the vineyards and work in the packing facility.
